Last Thursday we got to meet Anna's teachers, Mrs Shorgl and Mrs. Wozniak (We call then Mrs. S and Mrs. W) and see her classroom. Her teachers are super nice and Anna actually said a couple words to them!
She loved the classroom. When we walked into the area where he classroom is she pretty much ran in front of me to play with a dollhouse and books that were in the hallway outside the door to her classroom. She had colored a picture for each teacher and when she gave them the picture they hung it on the ceiling for her to see when she goes to school this week for the first time. And the best thing about the classroom..... they have a strawberry shortcake doll. Apparently a teacher overheard a conversation we had had a couple days prior while we were dropping off paperwork and heard that Anna LOVED strawberry shortcake. Well later that day that teacher brought her strawberry shortcake doll to the day out room just for Anna to have in there with her all year long. What a sweet nice thing they did just for Anna.
I think we are going to like it there!
Can't wait for Wednesday!
