Abby's First ATM Deposit

Ashley's first ATM deposit!

Play date at Emmy's

Anna went over to her friend Emmy's house late this afternoon.

On the way home this is our conversation:

Anna: "Mommy can we celebrate Christmas with Emmy and her family."

I giggle

Anna: "No Mommy, I'm serious. Why not?"

Seconds later.....

Anna: "Well then can I spend breakfast, lunch and dinner there tomorrow?"

If that statement doesn't show how much fun she had, then maybe this picture will:

Lunch at Daddy's Work

After the puppet show we headed to Daddy's work to eat with him in his work's cafeteria. It was super yummy and SUPER good to see Daddy. We love eating lunch with Daddy and then hanging out in his office playing with his desk!

Paul Mesner Puppet Show- Songs of the Season

This morning Grammy and Poppy joined us for a fun morning at the Paul Mesner Puppet Holiday Show; Songs of the Season.

They sang songs from Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa. We loved that they used Classic songs and changed the words to be wacky. All 3 of the girls had a blast; at one point I see Abby look right at the stage and say, "Are you serious?!?!?!" We giggled a whole bunch!

Shopkins Gingerbread House

Today we went to Grammy and Poppy's house to make gingerbread houses. We were originally going to make one for each of us but we decided to make one group one and to save one for when the cousins get here and the other one for another day at home.

We chose the Shopkins gingerbread house. PINK!

Each girl posing by their 2 sections they decorated. Turned out PINK and cute!

 The finished product

Now they just want to eat it......

She LOVES to swim!

Christmas in the Park

Fun little LS Christmas Tradition that we like to do with Grammy and Poppy. This year it was a girls only drive through the park and so much fun! A little chaotic but so awesome!

Enjoy the pictures Ashley took!

LS Magic Tree

After driving through Christmas in the Park at Longview Lake and eating pizza with Grammy, our family stopped at the Lee's Summit Magic Tree.

So beautiful!

We can carry Otter!!!!

The BEST Otter surprise EVER came this morning....

Yup! He is under the tree in a jar with a sign allowing us to hold him! It took us a while to understand what his note said (he is either really young or never went to school) but once we did we were OVER the moon excited!!!!We even built him a castle!

And then while shopping this happened.....

ELF emergency! Somebody call the elf ambulance!

Luckily we all had our Santa hats on and could get Otter in the hats without touching him- PHEW! And when we could get to Wal-mart we did and replaced the glass jar Otter picked out (not very smart of the elf) with a plastic one.

SO much better and SO happy to be holding him again!!!

So we decided to give to the Salvation Army since we were so elated of Otter being okay!

Otter continued hanging out with us all day; went to Grammy and Poppy's house, drove through Christmas in the Park, went to the magic tree, was in Ashley's arms as she fell asleep in the car and got night night snuggles from every girl in their beds. The girls asked Otter to PLEASE be in the jar tomorrow but to hide somewhere different in the morning in the jar. We will see what Otter does...
