18 months old

18 months = 1 1/2 years old.

Holy Moly.

My baby is getting big! And more cooperative for pictures!!!! She would go and sit and smile and then pop up and demand to see the picture I just took of her. Then she;d giggle, go back to the chair, smile and demand to see it again. This went on for easily 12 or so pictures :)

Here's what she's been up to this past month

*Sleeping great. Since she sleeps at least 12-13 hours a night her naps last around 30 min-1 hour (sometimes later). She wakes up in the morning super happy but after her nap she is super grouchy!
*Favorite food would have to be popcorn
*LOVES her blankey and soft taggie baby doll. She sleeps with them, cuddles with them and get SO excited to see them. Also still gets so excited to see her milk sippy cup!
*Love saying "OW! OW!" When she doesn't like exactly what she's doing. She scream "OW" when she is picked up or touch and doesn't want to be. Makes us looks like the most gentle parents EVER!
*Still LOVES books- favorites at My Daddy and Me, Moo Baa La La La, Brown Bear
*Favorite toys- Crayons and anything to color, Barbies,
*Walking is great. She is all good :) Even running :)
*Favorite thing to say is, "uh?!?!" and "mommmaaa, mommmmmaaaa." She doesn't need any more words; the child is the master at getting everything she wants :)
*Giving kisses out to everyone when people ask. Anna and Ashley are just LOVING this!
*Gets pretty violent with others; especially Ashley. We will be starting timeout soon for hitting with toys, pulling hair and stealing things out of hands soon. She is definitely understanding that she is doing something wrong and will give kisses to say sorry.
*Loves rocking in Rob's great, great grandfathers chair which has been moved to her room.
*Loves to sit in her comfy Elmo chair, onto of the couch.
*LOVE finding bags of things and dumping them all over everywhere; especially bags of puzzles and board games. This makes for a big headache.
*Is both a mommy and daddy's girl. She wants us.loves on us equally. She is a little snugglebug.

Happy 1 1/2 years old Abby. You make my world a little more crazy wonderful :)

Holiday Crafting

We have been busy the month of November planning and making tons of holiday gifts for people! We won't share the pictures of everything we are making/planning because that would ruin the surprise.

But we will show you what Abby has been up to during this time :)

The entire time we craft she hangs out in her "cage" (the kitchen helper has kind of become her playpen) and she is usually eating or trying to get our attention by being silly :) One day you'll craft with us Abby, we promise!!!

Own Nails

Anna has been begging me to let her paint her own nails. So I finally gave in. Of course Ashley was right by her side :)
