Mommy and Ashley Wednesdays

So today was the first of many Wednesdays of just Ashley and me and it was great.

When we dropped Anna off, it took about 20 minutes for Ashley to stop crying and asking over and over again for "Nana." But once the crying was over, I don't think Ashley had one problem with all this attention from mommy. She loved it. My little girl giggled and giggled and giggled the day away. We read books, played with babies, went on a walk, played with Little People, cleaned (she wanted to clean with her cleaning stuff- I just watched), played library and did whatever Ashley wanted to do. She was so entertained in the playroom that we didn't leave it for almost 2 hours straight (and that was to get Anna's Strawberry Shortcake dolls!!!) She just LOVED playing with all the toys all by herself and thought it was pretty neat to have mommy at her beck and call!

 She did not like leaving her sister one bit!

 But once we got home and playing, she forgot all about her "nana!"

 

I can see us having lots of fun these Wednesdays!
