Both girls LOVE to color! And I swear they become better colors everyday. Which shouldn't surprise me because I'd estimate they spend easily over an hour a day coloring!
Anna is getting more and more precise with her coloring. She is getting better at coloring in the lines and just recently she started using the "right" colors to color things that she has seen before.
When finished, Anna loves to roll up her drawings and then give them to us as gifts. Sometimes she even surprises us by hanging them in places that she knows we'll see them! Below she had hung a picture that she and I colored together right above Daddy's pillow so that he would see it when he got home (he had gone to a Royals game that night!)
Ashley is getting better at coloring everything on the page. She is starting to follow the lines and color in objects. She loves using different colors now. She used to always just use one color.

PS Both girls LOVE markers but those stay in the basement since Mommy doesn't want them on the carpet. So their preferred thing to color with are colored pencils. And they LOVE sharpening them :)
