Today the OP fire department brought a fire truck and an ambulance to our neighborhood for the neighborhood kids to see, get in and play around.
The girls walked in one fire truck door and out the other but needless to say they could have cared less about the whole experience. Until they drove off with the alarm blaring and the lights on. Then they thought it was awesome!
Most of the time the girls were being Pocahontas in the nearby bushes and talking about the pool.
After the trucks, we went to the pool for a 2 hour swim. AWESOME!

PS Before we left the house Daddy asked Anna if she wanted to wear a hat. Anna ran and got her swim cap and said this one. So yes, she is wearing her blue swim cap under the fire helmet!
