Timid at first, by the end of our trip our little Ashley became a river rat in LOVE with water. She would see it and grunt. She would then reach for it and pretty much throw a fit until she got to get close to it. Close to it meaning IN the water! She could have spent entire days walking around creeks with Daddy and playing with the mini waterfalls.
And the best thing about this new infatuation with water? She's more daring in the pool which is a huge change. She used to have a death grip on us with her legs and arms and now she's so comfortable with it. It's a nice change.
