Trick or Treat! Halloween Night!

Happy Halloween!

This Halloween we decided to go as the Pink Ladies and a Greaser from mommy's favorite movie, Grease! We had originally planned on going as Barney and the gang but Anna hated her baby bop outfit. She also wouldn't keep her witch outfit on. Mommy was thrilled when she found a 50's outfit that Anna thought was a princess dress... She loved it! Plus it made Ashley's costume super easy with just a couple trips to wal-mart and boo-ya she was a baby pink lady!

We went over the the Horton's for their annual Halloween party. Grandma, Papa, Grammy, Poppy, Aunt Laura, Uncle Aaron and Henry were all there too AND so were Kate's other grandparents Papa Dick and Nama Vicki. Kate was Princess Jasmine and Henry was a storm trooper. Aunt Laura was also a storm trooper (pregnant with baby Francis) and Uncle Aaron was Darth Vader. We started the party with a neighborhood parade and then ate Cupini's for dinner and everyone brought either a tasty appetizer, sides or dessert. Let's just say we didn't go hungry!

Then as soon as the mommy and daddy's said it was time, we got SO excited!!!! Henry, Kate and Anna all went up the street and got SO MUCH CANDY! Anna was pretty timid at first and Daddy had to carry her up to the houses (the crowd of kids was overwhelming even to us adults!) but by the time we were done, she was walking up to people and saying "treat" while holding an adults hand. We can't wait for next year with Anna! As for Ashley, she completely missed out this year because she was asleep in her pack n play by 6:45.... yup, she's a night owl :)

Love,
Anna and Ashley

"The pink lady pledge is to act coolm to look cool and to BEEEEEEEEEEEE cool! Til that you are part.... THINK PINK!" I think we helped mommy accomplish one of her dreams of her family dressing up like Grease!
At the Parade!
I swear I have had no candy.... not even a little bit!
Trick or Treat HERE WE COME!!!!!
Check out that loot! Not bad for a 2 year old!
