Whole 30- week 4

Day 22- and almond butter banana sandwiches for breakfast and a fruit strip for snack that were somehow deleted by my phone. Feeling good. Can't believe only one week left!!

Lunch- picnic lunch of meat, basalmic, mushroom, tomato salad, Dinner- out at Oklahoma Joe's- pulled pork over salad


 Day 23- and a grilled chicken/gauc/tomato salad for lunch.

Breakfast- fried egg and bacon, Dinner- chicken sausage and veggie topped portobello mushroom cap (yum)

Day 24- Completely bummed because I thought yesterday was day 24....... Feeling good but I just really want a beer. And some cheese. And another beer.

Breakfast- Larabar, Lunch- steak salad, Dinner- turkey burger salad


 Day 25- Not going to lie, I am ready for this to be done. Still feeling good but craving things more then ever... not hat I plan to eat bad when it's all done (I was a pretty healthy eater before starting) but just ready to every once in a while enjoy a slice of pizza.... ice cream.... chocolate.... to enjoy a beer..... All while continuing to eat more similar to whole 30 then before. I can't help the cravings... I like food.

Breakfast- Larabar, Lunch- Chicken sausage lettuce wrap with guac, Dinner- Some sort of chicken lettuce wrap that I made that had to be topped with lots of hot sauce to be edible.... not very good.


Day 26- Made 2 delicious meals today; one recipe from pinterest and another from instagram.

Breakfast- potato hash topped with homemade breakfast pork sausage, fried egg, avocado and hot sauce (YUM!!!), Lunch- hamburger salad (out to eat), Dinner- Chicken Patty sliders with guac on sweet potato crisp buns. (AMAZING)


Day 27- forgot to take pictures of lunch (prosciutto wrapped chicken breast strips, guac, plantain chips and a fruit strip). Feeling really good today... tons of energy.

Breakfast- almond butter, banana, hard boiled egg, Dinner- spaghetti squash with italian sausage marinara sauce and a big spinach salad.


Day 28- Feeling really good; lots of energy.... trying to figure out reintroduction... apparently it's not the whole 30 fr 30 days........ we still have about 15 days after to reintroduce foods....

Breakfast- spaghetti squash topped with spinach, fried egg, breakfast sausage and hot sauce (Yum), Lunch- steak salad, Dinner- chicken sausage and guac in lettuce wrap
