CSA

We have gotten one weeks worth of our CSA (through Rob's work) and let me tell you, I am loving it!

Bok choy, cabbage, yellow squash, buffalo sticks, shatto milk, local honey, lettuce, tomatoes and beets made up our first week. It also made for fun in the kitchen. I made cabbage steaks in the oven a couple of nights, fresh tomato salad and last night I made a beef and bok choy Asian dish that was SUPERB.


Can't wait to keep getting new veggies where I am forced to use in the kitchen :)
