Coaches Vs Cancer

A week and a half ago (I think; all this Royals stuff is making me lose track of time!!) we went to Coaches Vs Cancer at Municipal Auditorium. Rob's company was one of the main sponsors so we got to go on behalf of American Century. And I am glad we did!

We were showered with the most amazing basketball stadium food, met Big Jay, literally sat within 8 feet of Bill Self (I could almost see his nose hairs we were THAT close!!), had a front center table, won some stuff at the silent auction and had a date night. A free date night :) We bid on a basketball and got Bill Self and Kim Anderson's autographs (even after explainging to Rob how Kim's autograph is really devaluing the value of the ball) and got to meet them.

It was a really fun night :) Thanks American Century; we'll go any day :)
