Extended Stilley Christmas

Last Sunday we all went to Grammy and Poppy's for our first Christmas; this time with all of Daddy's Stilley side aunts, uncles and cousins. When they arrived Anna once again mentioned that she was excited Daddy's work friends were there and we once again tried to explain that they were family. I still don't think she got it..... I explained they are what her kids and Kate's kids will be and wide eyed she looks up at me and says, "Kate has a kid?!?!?"

We had a great time with them once again and Anna was super excited to see Allyson and Emily from Thanksgiving. She kept calling Allyson the tall one and they were buddies the entire day! Ashley was also worn out because at 4:00 she asked that the big kids leave her room (Grammy's blue room) so she could sleep. And then she took an hour nap; not at all happy at being woken at 5. The girls absolutely loved all the gifts they were showered with and it was a great celebration!

We had a great time too.... until 36 hours later when Anna got sick with the stomach flu, followed by mommy, by Daddy and by Abby (this morning (Saturday) she woke up sick sick sick but happy happy happy!)
