It took her 25 minutes on the first day to walk from the entryway to her classroom but once she got in she said "I did nothing but eat a snack. It was bad."
On her second day we did a better job at communicating what she needed for a successful drop off and she had no problem taking the counselors hand and walking to her class. Her response to the second day, "I liked it. It was good."
Phew! We may be Kindergarten Ready.....
And if you're wondering what big sissies did during Kindergarten camp, they had their own form of school boot camp at home one day and at the gym another.
