We really have never done any shopping with mommy outside of Target, Walmart, Dollar Tree and Costco so this was a pretty big deal. We went into several stores and found heaven in Claire's boutique.
Since mommy believes that Claire's Boutique is a rite of passage for every young girl, she let us buy some stuff from the clearance section; $1 items. We had so much fun! We got a snowflake icy powers Elsa ring, rainbow/pony necklace, tons of bows, a wallet, headbands, a flower necklace, new tiaras and rainbow bracelets.
After Claires we were thristy because it was pretty hot outside so we decided to go get "happy hour" at T-Rex restaurant. We had been there once about a year ago but didn't remember much of the place. Since it was completely empty at 3:30 we had our pick of tables and actually got to sit in the huge 12 person circle table that is under a fake jellyfish. It. Was. Awesome. The girls ordered a slushee in a souvenier cup that came with a toy dinosaur and mommy had water.
We had a great last minute Stilley girl field trip and decided that we need to do little trips like this more often.
