Legoland

Last Friday Daddy was unemployed for the day (in between new jobs) so we took a family trip down to Crown Center to finally check out Lego land. I had found a great coupon where a child goes free with every adult admission so our total was only $34 for all 5 of us. And you know me; I love a good deal :)

We showed up right when they opened and stayed over 2 1/2 hours playing. We walked through the mock lego factory, went on a troll/princess ride, went on a flying ride, saw a Star Wars exhibit, saw the Our KC Town exhibit (totally cool), played in the soft play area, played in the Lego Friends area where we played with girly legos, "cooked" in the kitchen and sang kareokee. The favorite kareokee song was the Itsy Bitsy Spider!!!! We also played in the make a car and race it area, the duplo area and we even saw this awesome 4D movie.

It was definitely worth the trip out there with little ones around the same ages as our girls. even Abby LOVED it! It was once again a good thing she doesn't put things in her mouth :)

Since leaving legoland (we had to literally pull the girls out) we have gotten out Rob's old legos and they have been having so much fun creating and playing. They just want to know where the princess lego characters are :)

Daddy was in his glory!!!

Ok.... she did put ONE in her mouth :)
