Our third day in Canada was spent exploring the Canadian side for a second day and celebrating our 5 year old!!!!
Happy Birthday Abby!
She opened her gift from Ms Sarah that she PROMISED she wouldn't open until her birthday...
And then we headed to the falls to catch a bus to our first stop...
Our morning started with an awesome hike along the Niagara River at the Niagara Glen Nature Center.
We got to explore the nature around the area in the nature center before setting off on our hike.
And then we hiked to a perfect spot for a picnic lunch and continued the hike along the river.
Abby was a trooper but got tired at the end...
This one never runs out of gas....
Next stop after a pepperoni stick snack; the Niagara Falls Butterfly Conservatory. We had been to a couple butterfly houses before but this one was by far the best I have ever been to...
After investing in some wings out our own, we said goodbye to the butterflies and fluttered our way to the White River Walk....
And everyone decided that we NEVER want to swim in that river.... EVER!
Then we went back into Niagara Falls, Canada to walk around the town...
We found a "secret" garden...
Visited the Hershey Store...
Had samples and sang Happy Birthday to Abby over a birthday rice krispy treat!!!
Then we wrapped the night up with a ride around the ferris wheel (Abby's birthday choice!)
We ate at a pizza place and then headed back to the hotel for some night swimming...
WOW- another busy walking day!
