Week 2 Whole 30


Day 8- Feeling my best yet....

Breakfast- hash browns, pepper, onions with bacon Lunch- chicken apple sausage, veggies and guac, Snacks- watermelon and pineapple juice Dinner- Stuffed Peppers, roasted veggies.


Day 9- started the morning sluggish but feelings pretty good, Really hungry today; wanting to snack; wanting yogurt, ice cream and cheese! Oh and a huge soft pretzel would be nice :)

Breakfast- fried egg and mango, Lunch- left over pulled pork lettuce wraps and a peach, snacks- fruit strip, Dinner- pork carnita lettuce wraps with 1/4 of a butternut squash, tomato/mushroom/cucumber/scallion/basalmic salad



Day 10- 1/3 of the way there!!! Felt like I have been having a hard time engaging in conversations with people; like I"m in a dream or something.... it's weird. Lunch at the pool consisted of heavy snacks and somehow we survived a BBQ with neighbors. I have been thinking a lot about a peanut butter cup concrete......

Breakfast- fried egg and peach, Lunch- nuts, larabar, apple, dried fruit, Dinner- veggies with guacamole, fruit, roasted veggies and pork tenderloin


Day 11- All this and a fried egg with skillet potatoes (breakfast) and a chicken apple sausage (second lunch) not pictured. Was very tired and once again my brain is in a fog.... wondering if i'm eating enough...

Breakfast- fried egg with skillet potatoes, Lunch- cucumber with proscuitto/artichoke/basalmic, snacks- grapes, banana and larabar, Dinner- salmon, grille veggies (the okra awesome!!!) and zoodles (zuccini noodles) with tomatoes/onions/basil



Day 12- day by day. feeling fine. not only am i cleaning out my body but today I had this overwhelming desire to purge everything in my closet and bedroom. And it feels so good!!!

Breakfast- peach and larabar, Lunch- salmon cake and fried egg over spinach leaves, snacks- manogo, Dinner- Kansas city strip steak, zuccini/pesto/bacon noodles and tomato/avocado/basil



Day 13- And then it was Day 13.....

Breakfast- amazing prosciutto, artichoke, spinach, pepper, onion and mushroom egg scramble, Lunch- leftover salmon cake lettuce wraps, nuts and grapes, snacks- fruit strip, apple with almond butter, Dinner- chili over potato (forgot to take a picture of it made but got one of the leftovers :))


Day 14- 2 weeks baby!!! Feeling tired today and having my worst cravings yet..... so very thankful for almond butter today.

Breakfast- Almond Butter and Banana, Lunch (on the go)- leftover steak, peach and nuts, Snack- fruit strip (life savor) and dinner- chicken apple sausage, peppers, onions, asparagus over sweet potato with applesauce.
