After seeing Daddy at work we decided to go to the Kemper Museum to find out that it was closed....
BOO!
Then we headed to the Nelson Art Gallery to find it also closed!!! Apparently the art world takes Monday off :)
So instead we walked around the sculpture garden, paid a visit to the glass maze (where the girls kept running into the walls; it was so funny) and walked up the stairs of the Nelson. Anna recognized this spot form our wedding pictures and asked to take pictures by the beams like mommy and daddy. So of course we did!!!
"Just like you AND Daddy mommy. Was this the same beam you took your pictures on?"
Next time we will hit the museum on a day other then Monday/Tuesday. Anna was pretty bummed since she wanted to take pictures of art and then go back home and redo her favorites from the pictures.
