Birthday Presents

Anna did a great time with her presents. She would open the card first, look at it and then hand it to me. Then she would unwrap the presents trying to get every piece of tape off. Occasionally she would receive help from her cousins! Thank you everyone for thinking of Anna, you are all too kind. A special thanks to the out of town friends and family for making her light up every time she would received mail in the mailbox or from the FedEx truck.

Her response to when she got Colorado Stilley's gift in the mail- "Ohhhh... Baby Leland Thanks! Can I open now?" She was a good girl and waited 3 days!

Her response to when she got Cooper and Laney's gift from Texas- "WOW!" And then she ran and put it by Colorado Stilley's gift.

And when she got her strawberry shortcake sticker covered envelope from the Fimmen's in Texas. "STRAWBERRY!!! From Tom, Matt, Meghan!!!!" Jumping up and down!

Besides getting a houseful of Strawberry stuff, she got tons of coloring books, books, art projects, play dough, a jayhawks outfit, a homemade necklace from Meghan and puzzles. Thanks again everyone. I think she is just a bit spoiled (but appreciative!):)

And she has become quite the good guesser with "What could this present be?" Of the 4 she guessed, she got all 4 right! Too too funny! She guessed that Grama got her blueberry muffin and lemon meringue and when opening family gifts she guessed cherry jam and custard/pupcake. Too funny! :)
