She is not exaggerating. This tiny splinter is the deepest splinter I have ever removed. I felt like Wonder Woman.
I had to numb the area with ice (which resulted in shrieking yells), dig with tweezers (which if it wasn't numb she's scream), clean the area frequently and dig some more until it finally popped out.
Poor baby girl. $100 says she will wear shoes outside the rest of the summer.... or at least she should :)
