Urgent Care :(

Our Saturday was going awesome; we all slept in, ate a good breakfast, Anna had the best t-ball game of her season so far (coach even complimented her) and everyone took naps or a long rest time. IT was low key until Anna starts screeching and screaming bloody murder from the bathroom, "Ow! IT hurts, it hurts, it hurts!"

I run in there to see that she was in extreme pain from peeing and that some blood was in her urine. Having never seen blood in urine Rob and I freaked out and I got her to the Children's Marcy Urgent Care just up the road ASAP.

After a couple of hours and a couple of more painful pees in a cup, the doctor concluded that she had a UTI and possibly adnovirus. We went as fast we we could to fill a prescription for the UTI and got some pills (that she has to swallow with water- big deal) to ease the pain (and make her pee bright orange).

I must say she was a trooper. In so much pain but a trooper. And 24 hours later she reports that she is back to normal. Fingers crossed that is the same tomorrow.

Being sick is no fun!!

And then I finally got dinner going at 9:37 that night......
