But onto the check up....
See these teeth? Yep, they've been coming in for quite some time and have been a source of "it's hard to go to bed without being rocked to sleep" for about 3 weeks. Luckily the last couple night haven't been hard :)
Abby's check up when great. She cooperated with the doctor, not a peep from her during the check up. She's growing like a weed; she even got weighed on the big kids scale... big deal!
Here are her numbers:
Height- 35 1/8 inches- 83%tile
Weight- 30 pounds- 85th %tile
Head Circumference- 18 7/8- 70th %tile
Doctor was happy to hear I was getting speech therapy at such an early age ( she said 2 is a great time to start!) and glad to hear I was being referred to a PT for her twisting run. She asked me to transition her off whole milk so now Abby is drinking 1% just like sissies! Abby got one shot and was a complete champ about it; cried for maybe 10 seconds. She did like to point to her leg the rest of the day and the next day and say, "ow!" And to reward herself for such a great check up she got to pick out a toy and picked out an elephant tattoo that she immediately wanted on so we put it on in the doctor office.
I sure do love this little 2 year old :)
