We had seen a cool way to melt crayon on pumpkins on pinterest so we decided to give it a try. And for the most part it was a success.
The girls unwrapped and broke crayons. I glued it to the pumpkins. They then held a hair dryer over the crayon to get the wax to melt down the sides. It was super easy and the girls LOVED the way they turned out. It was something different for us to do and a fun and easy way to do a pumpkin craft :)
