This was Daddy's job to do with us so we helped him pluck the seeds from the flower, soaked it overnight in salt water, baked them for 35 minutes, seasoned then with salt and oil, let them cool off and then ate them!
Anna thought they were pretty good; Ashley was too busy playing in the playroom to try.
We love doing things with Daddy. It's so much fun!
