This week Anna started extended day preschool on Tuesday's where she will go into another room from noon-2:30. She goes to the Green Room with Mrs Drown to mostly play with the other kids, but that is after she eats her lunch in the lunchroom. Her friend Lainey is also in Lunch Bunch with her. I am really excited for Lunch Bunch for Anna; I think the extra time to play with kids will really benefit her.
This past Tuesday Anna had so much fun. She told me she sat by the teacher during lunch, said the lunch prayer, ran around and played outside, sang songs, colored and played with little Jesus figurienes. She also taught me the silly saying they did with their fingers to get to know the names of their classmates.
She can't wait to go back!
