Happy 2 weeks old Abby!
*She is still a quick and efficient nurser.She is eating every 2- 2/12 hours during the day. It takes a while for her to burp after a feeding but when she does, she does it loud and proud!
*She is sleeping great. During the night this past week she has slept 6-7 hours, woken to feed and then slept 4-5 more hours before she is up for a couple hours in the morning. During the day she has been awake for 1 hour and a half and then gets woken up 1 to 1 1/2 hours later to be fed.
*Is still an extremely calm, laid back and chill baby.
*She is really strong and loves to lift her head and look right at me when she is laying on my belly. She also holds her head up for a long time during tummy time.
*She still loves being swaddled. It calms her immediately. She is so strong that she breaks through most of the swaddles already. We have to get it really tight to contain her arms!
*She still loves being patted on her bottom by mommy and swayed sideways by Daddy.
*The clogged tear ducts have not gone away!
*Her umbilical cord fell off and it looks very healthy!
She is still so sweet.
