My Yife Vest

Tonight while we were at the pool, Anna got to sit back in the baby pool and watch a ton of kids play in both the baby pool and the big kid pool. And oh did she watch!!!!! Later this evening she was literally jumping in by herself, going under water and popping back up before I would catch her. And she didn't mind it one bit. "MORE, MORE, MORE mommy," she would cry. I pointed out this little girl to Anna who had a life vest on and told her she had one at home and could jump into the water all by herself without mommy like the little girl was doing.

Not even 30 minutes after we got home (which I had to literally drag her away from 1 1/2 hours of being there tonight for a total of 3 hours today) she comes walking downstairs looking like this:

My swim face! WOW!

She had gotten in her swimming basket and put on a new dry suit and on top of that one the life vest suit (inside out and backwards even made it more hilarious!). And to top it all of, her swim cap that she have never once worn before. I aked her why she had 2 swimming suits on and she said, "Mommy, no. Me have one on. Me yife vest (life vest) too." Apparently she thought you had to wear a swimming suit under the swimming suit life vest!!! Too cute!

I asked her if she wanted to wear it to the pool tomorrow and she said yes. We will see what happens....
