The night we got back from Destin, Florida was the girls end of the year swim party. They loved it! Swimming, eating and diving of the diving boards was awesome! Anna jumped off the high dive this year and loved it while Ashley mustered up enough courage to jump off the low dive (after taking 2 minutes and 3 tries just standing on the edge of the board!)
The girls each received awards from their coaches; Anna got Most Likely to Be a NFS swim coach (Ashley wanted that one!!!!) and Ashley got the small but mighty award. Ashley loved that her coach said she does the strokes better then him!!!!! All three coaches came up to us saying how impressed their are with our girls natural ability to do the breaststroke and said they are by far the best swimmers technique wise in the 5/6 category they have coached. They were shocked that in 3 days Ashley had mastered the stroke. What a compliment :)
What a great year we had. So much fun!
