We knew that Ashley had Mrs. Fehr since she is the only half day Kindergarten teacher. But it was super fun for Ashley to go see her room, find her desk, organize her supplies and just be with us and her teacher. She was excited to find out that she is at the same table as her friends Emma and Lucy. All smiles, she is SO ready for this Kindergarten gig!!!!
As for Anna, we had found out who her teacher (Ms. Lowman) was an hour earlier and had slowly found out which of her friends were with her. But when we got to her classroom, we got to meet Ms Lowman, see a class list, organize her desk and just be in her room with us. She has several friends in her class and I think she really lucked out with a majority of the kids in there; Brooke, Abby Ely, Chase and Grant, Emerson from soccer, Lauren from Daisies and a couple other kids she knew of through Clare's class last year.
Anna got homework for the first day of school and she answered the question, "what are you most excited about for first grade" with "learn to read a clock!"
Someone is so ready.....
