Easter with the Family

After church we headed to Grama and Papas for the big family Easter celebration. The Fimmen's had decided to come into town last minute (Carolyn's grandpa passed away and the funeral is tomorrow) so we were super excited to all be together again. Gigi and Uncle Bob joined in on the festivities and so did Grammy and Poppy.

The kids played and the adults visited. It really is nice to have the kids at ages where they play so well together. We had a family Easter egg hunt, the kids played inside and outside, the babies took long naps, we ate a good brunch and excellent dinner and had great desserts. I made bunny pancakes for the kids and some chocolate sea salt marscapone oreo crusted tart that was pretty yummy :)

It was really great being with family.

Abby got to wear the Easter Bunny outfit for the second year in a row. This is her looking at her reflection in the mirror. She thought was a was a pretty big deal :) Since she is my last to wear this for probably the last year, I couldn't stop taking pictures!!!!
