Granddaddy

This past weekend we went out to Liberty, MO to visit with Granddaddy. It had been a while since we had been out to see him so we thought we would spend the afternoon with him. We took him grocery shopping, hung around his apartment, met a lot of his friends in his complex, and went out to eat at Dickie's BBQ.

It was a great time seeing him. When it was time to go we told the girls that they had to come in off the patio deck and quit playing Frozen/Pirate Fairy on the balcony. Anna said something along the lines of, "Why is Granddaddy leaving?" We told her it was us that was leaving and she said, "No! I don't want to leave! We have fun here!!!!!" And Abby agreed; she LOVED playing with his decorative lemons :)
