4th of July at the pool

After a beautiful day at the lake with Grammy and Poppy, we headed home for naps (everyone but Anna took a nap... including mommy and daddy..... and they were long naps!!! Please don't judge us for sleeping while Anna played quietly by herself in the playroom; we have never done this and were exhausted!!)

Around 5 we headed to the pool to spend the 4th with neighbors. We ate tons of Doritos (hence the Dorito faces), played in the pool for a long long time, Abby chilled in her bouncer, we ate pizza by the pool and even changed into our pajamas there because we were so cold and pretended to go night night on the pool chairs. Who would have thought the girls would get cold on the 4th???? The weather was just perfect!

We didn't join everyone for fireworks, instead we went home, watched some on youtube and called it a night. It was a perfect 4th of July :)
