Our Elderly Couple

I have been eying these kid recliners at Gordmann's for almost 2 years now and finally bit the bullet and purchased them for our hearth room.

Side note: My hearth room only looks this clean from 7 pm until around 8 am. But during this time I absolutely LOVE it!

And aren't they precious!!!!! The girls absolutely love reclining in them while reading, watching birds out the window and watching TV (even though after about 30 minutes of a long movie they are getting "more comfy" and snuggling with us on the couch. Just shows that there is no replacement for mommy and daddy cuddles!!!) When Daddy came home and saw them sitting in these chairs he couldn't help laughing and calling them our elderly couple!!!! Cracks me up! They sit in the chairs and talk/bicker with each other and they totally sound like an elderly couple that's been married for 50 years! It's a hoot :)

Ashley saw this picture below of the two of them bird watching in their chairs and said, "Awwwwww. Anna, Ashley Happiness! Yea!" If this doesn't explain how much they love these lay-z-boys I don't know what else would :)

PS Daddy is super jealous that the girls have lay-z-boys before him!
