Anna and Mommy Date

Thursday after Daddy got home he mentioned a coupon we got in the mail to Jose Pepper's for free cheese dip. I was sold instantly. I asked if he wanted to go out to eat and he said he's be fine staying in. So I said, See ya!!! Anna and I are going on a date!" We don't do many of these so Anna was pretty pumped.

Minutes later we were indulging in Orange Crush soda and free cheese dip. To say we had a blast is an understatement. I couldn't get these child to stop talking and calm down she was so excited!!

Anna was excited to use the camera and took a pic of her favorite orange drink and cheese dip!

 

Mommy was WAY to excited to eat a full bowl of queso pretty much by herself (oh and with help from baby!)!!!

Two thumbs up! Cantaloupe came with her meal and this child LOVES cantaloupe!!!! She is always asking for that orange stuff that we had at Grammy/Grama's.

And free ice cream! What a deal. She wanted to take the rest home to Ashley but it was all melted so instead she brought Ashley the rest of her orange drink.... "Mommy, Ashley gonna love this orange drink too!"

And then we dropped off leftovers and the rest of Anna's orange drink for Ashley and Daddy (Apparently Ashley downed the drink faster then fast) and headed to cousin Kate's Spring Preschool Performance. She did such a wonderful job and we can't wait to see Anna's preschool performance next week!

What a fun dinner we had and we will definitely be doing more of these. Anna said she had "such an awesome time with mommy and loves going to eating places with just mommy but misses Daddy and Ashley so much!"
