Big Girl Bed

 Back in December we promised Anna that if she could sleep through the night without wetting her panties that she could get a big girl bed after a few months. Well, we can proudly say that our little girl has upheld us to our promise and has managed to stay dry every night (she has woken up a handful of times having to go in the middle of the night with wet panties but has only officially wet the bed once in 3 months).

So this morning we set off to Mattress Firm and bought her her own big girl bed. She is of course ecstatic and on the moon! She keeps telling me how she can't believe she has a big girl bed and how much she loves it. These little ones sure make gift giving fun :)

We will see how she goes with night one of staying on the bed. We have the mattress on the box spring which is directly on the carpet. This way the fall to the floor won't be too bad. :)

PS Stay tuned for pictures of what she calls her "new" room! We made her crib into a couch and rearranged all her furniture and she thinks it is pretty darn awesome.

PSS I think Ashley was a little jealous of her big sister today. On the ride home she was a terror for me and most of the rest of the morning before nap she let us have it. Soon you will get one too Ashley, very soon!
