Green tomatoes
Over a month ago when we were shopping for Mother's Day flowers at the garden shop, Kate and I found 2 green baby tomatoes. Kate's had fallen on the floor and I ran and picked one before mommy could say no. We tried to pay for them at the counter but the lady told us not to worry about it. So when we got home, we found a good place for it to ripen on Grama's screened in patio. Every day we would check on them and say, "Nope, still green."
Fast forward to now. The tiny green tomatoes are not bright green anymore. They are ripe and red!!!
I can't wait to eat mine (mine's the smallest one). It still needs to soften up a bit. Can't wait! YEA!
Love,
Anna
