Mrs Z gives them the pink ones for being a good listener or helper, answering questions and for doing good things. But apparently you can earn other soar slips that are worth more then 1; golden tickets.
According to Anna yellow golden tickets (worth 5 soar slips)are when you are "very, very good: and orange ones (worth 10 soar slips) are when you are "very, very, very, very, very, very, very good." She apparently earned her yellow and orange ones during the morning drop off time in the cafeteria for being excellent. Apparently she is the only one in her class to have gotten an orange one and one of a few to receive and orange.
And what does she use them for? Every Friday they have a chance to redeem them at the class "store." And Anna redeemed 25 this past Friday- 1 toy, 2 pieces of candy and a bring a cuddly friend to school.
