Strawberry Picking

This morning we headed out to Geiringer's Orchard in Edgerton, KS to do some strawberry picking. The two big girls and I picked; Abby mostly just ate :) The season just opened and we found some of the largest, most beautiful and tasty strawberries. We met our friends Cooper, Laney and Piper Jones out for some quick picking since they had to leave early to head out of town. After we picked 18 lbs (yes I have a problem at pick your own places....) we played a bit in the kids area on the wooden trucks and hay barrels. So much fun!

Can't wait to go back there to pick blackberries and peaches :)

Now into the kitchen to make some yummy strawberry treats :)
