Luminaire Walk

This past Friday we went to the OP Arboretum to do the Luminary walk through the gardens. Daddy couldn't make it so we had a girls night and we met Grama, Aunt Anne and Kate there. They light a ton of candles and have white lights hanging everywhere. You walk along the paths lit by candles as you pass carolers, Santa (we didn't wait in line to sit on his lap though, even though Ashley really wanted to see "claus") and tons of other pretty lit up stuff. Since it was 60 degrees out, it felt like all of OP was there but it really wasn't too crowded once you got going. We got free apple cider and is tasted so so so good! Even though it was pretty warm out, mommy had thrown in a fleece down throw blanket and the best seats in the house were from our double stroller. Almost too comfy! Towards the end of the walk mommy thought it would be cool to get pictures of us looking into the candles so she told Anna to go blow (forgetting to say pretend to blow) and Anna totally blew a candle out. OOPS- she almost got us in trouble!!!!! We had lots of fun and can't wait to do it again next year.
