The girls woke up very early that morning and at 6:15 Anna was trying to get into her snow pants to go play out in the snow. At 6:45 Anna was asking me if I wanted to make snow angels right now with her outside. And then she started asking me if she could eat it. Kids just don't get was 19 degrees with very high winds means or feels like, they just want to play in the snow. Well we did play in the snow, but it was more around 9 am!
Anna was really excited to make a snow angel and she kept asking me if she could make one when we went out to play. So after eating the snow, the snow angel was at the top of her list to do! Anna lasted around 10 minutes outside (darn gloved kept falling off) and Ashley didn't care one bit. "Mommy, it's cold!" But since the little one wanted to be by my side and would cry and scream when she was inside with Grama while I was outside with the others, she lasted a minute outside with us all bundled up.
We love snow and can't wait to get more so we can build a snow man!!!!
