RIP Twink

Thanksgiving weekend also brought the death of Anna's fish, Twink. He was 2 years and a couple month old but had been growing a tumor of some sorts for the last 9 months or so. So we knew death was pretty close when he was barely swimming around and the growth was massive.

It was the girls first dealing with death and they held themselves wonderfully. Anna spent a good part of 2 hours preparing and setting up a memorial service for Twink. She then administered a very touching service (you would have thought this kid had been to numerous funerals she did such a good job) in our backyard, complete with burial and thank you cards.

RIP Twink. You were a good fish.
