Fireflies

We introduced the Fimmens to one of our favorite summer activities; catching fireflies. Believe it or not they don't have fireflies in Texas!!!!

Fimmens are here... for GOOD!

The Fimmen's have moved to Kansas City!!!!!!!!

This Saturday we were busy welcoming them to KC. We were just a tad bit excited....

We met up with them at the pool for a welcome to Kansas dip!

Followed by a birthday celebration for Meghan.

I really can't believe this gang is all in KC.... so fun!

The Fimmen's will be living with my parents until they close on their house at the end of the summer. The girls still can't grasp the idea that we can see them whenever we want and that just because they are at Grama and Papas that we have to be there too. I think they are just so used to us being over there all the time when they are in town. Can't wait for these 8 to continue to grow up together; this time in the same city!!!

Shatto Dairy Farm

Last Friday we went with a bunch of Anna's friends and siblings to Shatto Dairy Farm in Osborne, MO. We toured the dairy farm, test tasted milks, cheese and butter and had a picnic out front complete with jump ropes and hula hoops. It was a gorgeous day with friends!
