We spent the entirety of our 4th day next door at the Dolphin Research Center. We walked over at 9 and headed back home when they closed at 4. We had a blast! We watched the dolphins free swim, structure swim, do training sessions, attended talks in the theatre about the animals, interacted with dolphins IN the water (so cool), ate a picnic lunch, enjoyed ice cream, watched the sea lions train and so much more. It was such a peaceful place and we LOVED it. After this day Anna was pretty sure she wanted to work at the dolphin research center and then volunteer at the turtle hospital :)
Mommy and Abby got to get in the water first with the dolphins in a Family Splash excursion. Abby was bervous at first but once she touched the dolphins she was in LOVE. Our favorite part was when we asked the dolphin to be a scary shark (Abby got scared when she saw them swimming like a shark and then laughs saying, "They pretending!!!!!:)
Here is the bio of the two dolphins we got in the water with.
Thumbs UP!

We ended the day in the gift shop.... Anna so wanted this $80 turtle..... she got a baby one instead :) Abby made the hard decision with the fish headband :) She has yet to wear it outside these pics...
After all the fun and excitement with the dolphins was over we went back to our place, played ate and went swimming.
