I'm a big kid now!

Since the last week or so diapers have been bothering Abby at bedtime (and she still isn't dry everynight yet) we stopped today to get pull ups. And she loves them!!!!

Fingers crossed that the days of finding her awake in the morning (dry or wet all over) with a diaper off are over :)

Oh and that little lambie came free in the box of pull ups... "This lambie happy!!!!!"

Memorial Day afternoon/evening

After Abby's lunch we went to the Arboretum for a dinner time picnic and walk. It was so much fun (with an exception of the mosquitos we ran into in the woodland gardens!)

This one was super excited for leftover birthday cookie cake!!!!

Memorial Day Morning

While Daddy was at physical therapy this morning, the girls and I hit the pavement! We went Gadding... just walking and doing whatever we feel like doing. No time commitment; not needing to be anywhere. It was glorious.

We walked/biked all the way to Sunset Ridge and back after playing on the playground for over 2 hours. We had ran into some neighbors we knew a little bit and had so much fun getting to know them more! Anna and Ashley are so excited that they can now call the 6 year old girl Mya their friend!!!!!

Can't wait to go gadding again!

Pimple in Ear???

So Ashley has been complaining about her outer ear lobe hurting since yesterday morning. I would give her some tylenol and the pain would go away. 6 hours later, repeat. But today was different. She came into our room at 6 am complaining of pain and ended up falling asleep until 8:30 on Daddy's pillow. But when she woke up there were blood spots on pillow (scary much).

So we went into the doctor to find that she has a minimal case of swimmers ear and she had a pimple right inside her ear that had bursted and bleed out her ear. They couldn't tell if the eardrum was ruptured, because a flap of skin was in the way, but the part of the eardrum they did see looked great. No swimming for this monkey until she gets okayed to do so by the doctor at a follow up check. Fingers crossed it heals properly and fast!

And $175 later (great insurance on meds, huh?) we now have drops to put in her ear 3 times a day.

Poor girl who now feels much better with that pimple popped!

Chuck E Cheese

Today after lunch at Sonic, we went with Grama and Kate to play some games at Chuck E Cheese. We just LOVE that place!

 And at the end we got lollipops with our tickets!

I really think we could have fit 5 more people in this pic....

And these girls (especially Abby just LOVE the photo booth!). I personally love all of Abby's selfies!!!

School's Out for Summer Sonic Corndogs!

Today Sonic was having a 50 cent corndog promotion celebrating school being out for summer. So of course we went!!!! YUM YUM!
