Big Mama's Kitchen

We arrived in Belize at lunch time and planned to eat at a place called Big Mama's Kitchen. Not having a clue as to where we were driving, and after a disagreement or two about where we should go, we managed to find the proper streets (signage is not that great in Belize!) that led us to Big Mama's Kitchen in Ladyville, Belize.

With FOX news playing, a group of US Army men eating at a table and the perfect play nook for kids, we enjoyed our first "taste" of Belize.

Belikin beer and Fanta are the "unoffical" drinks of the country. After our eventful plane trip we sure needed those!

Breaded fish plate, chips and dip and chicken nachos :) Yum!
