I am sorry these posts are totally out of order :)
Friday morning after a morning swim at Cocoa Beach, we got on the shuttle to take us to the cruise ship. We were super excited and couldn't believe the time had come... we were ready for meet Captain Mickey and his crew :)
The whole cruise check in process went so smooth. I tell you what; they are one nicely oiled machine. Rob couldn't get over how fast they turned the ship over and were ready for the next set of guests. We spent some time in the terminal but wanted to get on the ship as soon as possible so we missed meeting Pluto who was behind the model of the ship in the below picture.
When we walked on board we walked through a tunnel of workers and as we stepped aboard we heard, "Welcome Aboard Stilley Family!" The girls couldn't believe they said our name and they were very overwhelmed by the atrium of the ship. It was gorgeous. The entire ship was gorgeous! When we board the ship we went to get our passes to meet the princesses and Anna and Elsa and then went to eat at the ever so crowded buffet place on board (really it was the only time the restaurant was crowded. We should have followed the advice to go to a sit down restaurant on the ship but we survived :))
After lunch we checked out or rooms! We had gotten two interior connecting staterooms and they were perfect for us. There was a little porthole above the bed that you could turn on. It showed what was outside and every couple of minutes a Disney character would appear (Jasmine/Alladin would fly by, Nemo would swim by; stuff like that). The girls LOVED it!

We took some down time before decorating our door (see below) and heading out to the safety meeting and Sail Away Party. We were so excited! Anna kept asking, "Is this Disney?!" She was so confused but SO excited :)
