Gulf Shores Alabama!!!

We left Friday for the beach at Gulf Shores, Alabama for the week. It is OFFICIALLY summer!

We drove 11 hours driving time (13 hours with stops) Friday and stayed at a rinky dink motel in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. If Rob thought it was sketchy that says something :) Then we drove the rest of the time (a little over 3 hours) the next morning. The drive went as well as it could have a thank the lord for DVD players! It got us through the worse of times in the car :)

We were super excited to check in and got to enjoy an afternoon at the beach. First, let me share my current view...

And here's our little condo!

The girls are loving destroying the condo, playing Pixie Hollow and Pirate Cove in the different bedrooms and they have fallen IN LOVE with hoarding the random decorative seashells scattered across the condo in every basket/bowl they can get their hands on. Looks like we need some shells for home :)
