Mommy's cousin Colleen came into town to visit us this past weekend. We had so much fun with her!!!! She went out to eat with Mommy on Friday night and then met us Saturday morning at gymnastics!!! We were so excited to see her... you see Anna's middle name is after her and she is Ashley's godmother so quite the connection!
After gymnastics mommy and Colleen went to watch Kate'c cheer performance. Afterward Mommy, Colleen and Aunt Anne headed down early to the Plaza to do some shopping. Mid afternoon Colleen's parents and Grama and Papa joined them for a beautiful Plaza afternoon. After naps we drove down to the plaza with Daddy, Kate and Uncle Todd and joined them at a happy hour on the McCormick and Schmidt's patio. We had just the perfect spot!!!! We each got yummy food, shirley temples (for the first time), listened to live music from the plaza streets, got to run around in our area, have dance parties in the corner of the patio and just be silly. We loved watching all the action from the patio :)
Then the next day was Mother's day and we got to see everyone again! The first thing I asked mommy on Sunday morning was if we were going to see Colleen... sure enough we were!!!
Such a great time with Colleen! And you won't believe it; she painted our fingernails and toenails! LOVE IT!
