Sprinklers
Love them or hate them????
Well, for these two they are warming up to them..... Anna is at least. I think that when it is super warm outside and the water doesn't feel freezing they will like them more. We did get Anna to jump through them a little bit. As for Ashley.... no chance. She just liked walking through the arches :)

Jenny

Bikini
"Mommy! This is a Jasmine (Disney Princess who shows her belly) bathing suit. I like it a lot."
Then a minute later she comes running in from outside saying, "Mommy, I need something to cover my belly." I ask her why and she says, "the neighbors shouldn't see my belly!!!!"
Too cute! I then told her that it was okay to show our bellies in bathing suits and that the bikini is the perfect backyard bathing suit since our backyard is pretty private. She agreed and wore it all day even though the bottoms were WAY too big when wet :)

Happy Memorial Day Weekend!
This past weekend we were outside every possible minute of the days. Unless of course it was rainy or muddy from rain.
On Sunday Anna planned a last minute get together (since we didn't plan anything thinking Baby Abby would be here) with my side. For some reason she has really wanted to show Papa her new patio and decided to have a patio debut party. Dad made some amazing pork butt BBQ and ribs and mom made some delish side dishes. The kids were free to run around the backyard and play on the swings, bucky, water table, pool, sprinkler and we even went to our neighbors house to bounce on the trampoline. They were worn out rug rats when the patio party was over! Thanks to Anne, we got some pictures of the day and some awesome popsicles :)
Then Monday Rob's parents came over and unfortunately the rain kept us inside. But the kids were up for painting in the basement, coloring, playing in the playroom, reading tons of books, eating hamburgers on the skillet and a bunch of awesome sides and a great dessert that Grammy had prepared. Since I have apparently boycotted picture taking to prepare for the abundance of pictures to be taken tomorrow and the rest of my life, I forgot to get the camera out (or was too tired to waddle over to it!)
Happy Memorial Day to everyone and I hope that you too got to celebrate with family and friends!

D-Day.... or should I say B-Day?!?!
Tomorrow morning we go in to the hospital at 6 am to deliver baby Abby :) I can not eat or drink after midnight so in a minute here I am going to have a big before bed snack and try to get some zzzzz's.
We are so overwhelmed with emotions but are super excited to get her out of me safely and hold her. I can not believe the day is finally here. I am sure the moment Rob rests his head on his pillow at 9 am he will be out; as for me, it feels like the moment before a big game. Cheesy but the anticipation has my body so jumpy!!
The girls are with Rob's parents and Peanut is with mine. I can not wait until we get to see them tomorrow after Abby is born. All day Anna kept coming up to my belly and giving it eskimo kisses with her nose and saying, "Baby Abby, I get to meet you tomorrow," "Baby Abby, I am so excited to finally meet you," "Baby Abby you get to come out of mommy's belly tomorrow." She is super stoked. And Ashley is now answering yes to "is the baby coming out of mommy's belly" so that is a good start!
I asked Anna what the first thing she was going to do with the baby and she said she was going to read to her, hug and kiss her, sing to her, love and cuddle her and hold her. When I asked Ashley she said she was going to pet her nice. I can't wait to see how they react!
Wish us well.
Much Love,
Jenny
PS Rob is taking the rest of this week and all of next week off of work so I should be pretty good at getting the birth story and baby pictures up on the blog. :)

Abigail Elizabeth
We have decided on a name for baby girl Stilley!
Abigail Elizabeth!!!
We will call her Abby.
It took us quite some time to decide since we loved the names Emma and Elizabeth so for long. But about a month back I thought of Abigail and I was sold on it. It took Daddy some time but he is definitely 100% on board with the name.
As for the Hebrew meanings of the name (which by no way influenced us; it's just that since I posted on the meaning of Anna and Ashley's, I better do it for Abby too!) here they are:
Abigail: "Father's joy. Gives joy."
Elizabeth: "Oath of God. God's satisfaction."
So we little Abby will complete our "A team" :)
Much Love,
Jenny
PS Now that we have made the name official, it is okay to come into the world baby girl.... mommy would love to meet you ASAP :)

Neighborhood Block Party
Last night we went to the neighborhood Memorial Day Weekend Party BBQ. It was nice but we really didn't know that many people since we were the only ones there from our street. But we did meet some new people as well as reconnect with some familiar faces from the summer before. And the girls had a blast.... hamburgers, hot dogs, chips galore, sugar cookies and soda pop! They were in food heaven! We even got our feet wet in the pool but it was way too cold to even think about swimming in. So instead the girls watched all the big kids swim and were in awe of them.
I didn't take one picture but the girls took several... here is the block party through their eyes:
These are my personal favorites.... what a ham ball :)
