"SNOW" much fun!

We woke up to SNOW today! It was the first time all year that it snowed more then one inch and we were more then ready to go outside and play, play, play!

Mommy had told Anna how you wear snowsuits outside and she wanted to wear hers "NOW!" So mommy dressed her in her snow suit before Ashley woke up, even breakfast. And Anna LOVED the snowsuit! She played inside, ate breakfast in it and even rode in the car all the way to Grama's.

 

When we got to Grama's Kate was super ecstatic to play with us so she got all ready too! Here we are, two snow bunnies!!!!!

Then we headed outside to play and

1. Build Frosty (we even held hands and circled him singing the frosty song. He never came to life though, bum deal!)

Yes, mommy needs a crash course in how to build a snowman. And Anna was more then excited to use the build a snowman kit Santa had given her on her little snowpileman!

2. Sled

Mommy pulled us up/down/around the front yard, through trees and along the sidewalk. It was so much fun! We even went down Grama's front hill VERY fast! Kate was even strong enough to pull Anna; as for Anna pulling Kate, that'll have to wait until next year!

I think we can all agree that sledding was by far our favorite snow activity! We definitely wanted to keep sledding when Grama said it was time to come in and warm up.

3. Make Snow Angels

We each made one.... we didn't even need Mommy to show us how to do them. We knew how!!!

Poor Ashley stayed inside and watched us with Grama. Next year Ash; we promise!

And it was hard to say goodbye to Frosty the "Snowpileman" so Anna parted with a big snowy KISS! RIGHT before falling face first into a face plant into Frosty :)
